Run, ride or pump away on 1 of the 3 treadmills, 2 bikes, 2 elliptical and free weights. Pack light and make use out of the laundry facilities here. They are located on the Pinnacle building ground floor and the Schooner building third floor.

So many of the guests enjoy the location of Compass Cove, being away from the main central hub of Myrtle Beach. They mention over and over how great the staff is and the views of the ocean are just spectacular. The best views are on the upper floors where you can see far out on the ocean.

The Compass Cove Water Resort in Myrtle Beach also offers a kid’s club during the summer. The kiddos will love the daily activities available. Although they vary daily there is always something fun to look forward to. Be aware that some activities have a small fee to cover the cost of supplies. The cost includes yummy cupcake decorating, adventurous scavenger hunts and colorful arts and crafts to name a few. These activities are for ages 5 and up and is not meant to be a babysitting service. It’s important to note that each activity lasts 20 to 25 minutes and the parents are required to meet up with their child after each activity.

The large condos obviously give more room to spread out than you would find at a typical hotel but if you want to splurge you might want to consider the Pinnacle’s 2 bedroom penthouse. Please note that unless the Compass Cove renovates their property most of the full kitchens in all the buildings are not as up to date with appliances.
