Anderson Ocean Club Reviews

PROS

Pros:

As you can see by the numbers, the Anderson Resort Myrtle Beach know how to treat their guests. Positive reviews focus on the location, how clean the resort is and the prime location to the beach and other amenities in the area. The staff seems to be well trained to meet the needs of the guests at the Anderson Resort Myrtle Beach. Having a Kitchen is a huge bonus and the Appliances and Kitchenware are all provided, making it a very easy transition from home to a wonderful vacation spot.

CONS

Cons:

Since these are technically Condos, be sure you understand that Daily Housekeeping is not included in your stay. It is probably worth having the room cleaned about mid-week and then again when you leave. There are no restaurants on the premises and you will also not have room service. One of the complaints mentioned were the slow Internet connections. The Anderson Resort Myrtle Beach offers free WiFi to all of their guest but some complain of it being a little slow.

Towering a full 22 Stories above the sand, the Anderson Resort Myrtle Beach is one of the premier locations to stay on the Grand Strand. As you drive up to the entrance of this massive Oceanfront complex, the strong Moroccan theme stands out from all of the other surrounding properties and you realize you have found something very special. The Anderson Resort Myrtle Beach is one of the Luxury locations in the Ocean Resorts line along the Myrtle Beach shores.

Luxury Rooms and Suites

The Anderson Ocean Club Myrtle Beach offers a wide array of options when booking your stay with a total of 304 Rooms. Standard rooms are available with a single King or Double Queen option but if you are looking for a more home-like feel, take a look at one of the suites. Each of the Suites at the Anderson Resort Myrtle Beach are really setup more like a Condominium feel. This gives you all of the amenities you would have at home, like a full size kitchen and every unit also has a Washer and Dryer. Expect to get a good night sleep with comfortable bedding and plenty of pillows to snuggle up to.

Amazing Views at the Anderson Myrtle Beach

The biggest draw to staying at and Oceanfront location in Myrtle beach is, stepping out on to your Balcony to listen and see the waves crashing on the shoreline. You will pay a little more for an Oceanfront room but this is what you are here for so enjoy your stay and enjoy your coffee while overlooking the ocean. If you are looking to save a little money, you also have the option of staying in and Ocean-view room or at the front of the building where you will not have a great view but you still get to walk right on to the beach each and every day.

Pools and Lazy River

Myrtle Beach is a great place to visit year round. The Anderson Hotel in Myrtle Beach offers water amenities for any time of the year. The Outdoor Pool area, overlooking the beach is a wonderful place to cool off or get a tan while the small but fun Lazy River is a fantastic place to chill with friends. If the weather is bad or it gets a little chilly outside, head on in to the Indoor, Heated Pool.

Dining

The Anderson Resort Myrtle Beach does not have an onsite Restaurant. Across the street enjoy dining at Magnolia’s at 26th. Serving Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, this restaurant offers many Southern menu options and is a good place to dine through the week.
