This 50,000 square foot water park is seasonal (spring through labor day) and you’ll definitely want to make a splash in 1 of the 9 pools. You will find 2 kiddie pools for the little ones. With water slides and lazy river as well as jacuzzis you can pretty much expect to stay drenched and if it’s raining you will be pleased to know there is an indoor pool. The Caribbean Water Play Ground is amazing for the little ones. There is a 500 gallon bucket that dumps water to those brave ones below. The convenience of pool side waiters make you feel like you are truly on vacation. The kids will never get board. In fact, they have recreational activities for them as well. On rainy days enjoy an indoor pool as well.

The Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach at Kingston Plantation Resort is a 20 story, oceanfront vacation haven for beach lovers. It is a Hilton property and if you book directly with Hilton you can use any Hilton honor points you have accumulated. Discover oceanfront restaurants and a lounge as well as suites with 2 rooms all with private balconies. The suites are pretty spacious (484 square feet). The one thing I absolutely LOVE about all Embassy Suites hotels is that they do provide complimentary breakfast, buffet style with made to order omelets. The free breakfast here really puts those piddly continental breakfasts to shame with those fake eggs and chewy undercooked bacon. We have passed on free breakfasts many times at other hotels because they cram everyone in a tight space. There’s hardly anywhere to sit. Embassy Suites provide an atrium with plenty of seating for people to eat their breakfast. We have never had a problem finding a place to sit at an Embassy. Nearby the Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach at Kingston Plantation Resort you will find Carolina Opry, Broadway at the Beach and the Dunes golf and Beach Club. The accommodations consist of 2 room suites and deluxe suites. 2 room suites at the Embassy mean that you will get a private bedroom with a spacious living area with sofa bed. There are 2 TV’s, a mini fridge and microwave. There will be no kitchens or washers/dryers here. This property will accommodate up to 6 guests in each room only. There is a lot to do at the Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach at Kingston Plantation SC especially being right there on Kingston Plantation.

Before reserving at the Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach at Kingston location be aware that this resort is on the North end of Myrtle Beach. If you do not book through Hilton Direct or Kingston Plantation direct you WILL NOT have access to the water park so if you are booking online make sure you are on hilton.com or kingstonplantation.com. The cons here are that the breakfast lines can be long during high season. Be aware that there have been consistent complaints about musty smells and damp carpet. There are people that come here year after year and some of them will say that five years ago it was a better property and the only reason they keep coming back is because they have kids and the water park is awesome. So my recommendation when reserving a room is to request a “newly renovated” room because they do have them. One of the biggest cons is having to wear a wristband while on the resort property. After checking into the Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach at Kingston, and if you notice it’s a busy season, you might want to arrive for breakfast at 7:30am before the lines get long. After finishing up breakfast you will then want to go put your towels down on the lounge chairs by the pool otherwise you will not find an empty one for the rest of the day. You will be able to gauge how busy it seems. You could even ask the front desk if they are sold out. That will help make your decision on how to plan your week. Other Tips: The corner rooms are bigger, you can request those upon check in. Pool side rooms have much better views. Request a floor overlooking the water park area otherwise you may end up with a looking at the a/c units. Oceanview does not mean oceanfront (facing the ocean directly). Higher rooms are quieter.

Did you know that you have have access to more than just Kingston’s water park at the Embassy Suites Kingston Plantation in Myrtle Beach SC? During the summer the kiddos can head over to the Kingston Plantation side and enjoy seasonal/hourly activities at such as arts/crafts, beach soccer, pool races, games and tye dye. There may be a nominal fee for supplies, though. The wacky pool relays are pretty fun. They even have a scavenger hunt for the entire family to take part in. If you are one of those who love building sand castles you can put your skills to the test and compete for number 1 by entering into the Sand Castle Competition. For other competetive games you might enter into the Beach Olympics as well. There’s so many fun things to take part in. Regardless there is something for everyone.

Lastly, the Embassy Suites at Kingston Plantation in SC advertises the Cinzia Spa. It’s super relaxing but make note that it’s located 4.1 miles from the Embassy. That’s a 10 minute drive in traffic. While the hubby and kids are out having fun why not pamper yourself! Choose between international rituals, body treatments, massage, facials and hands/feet treatments. You can go for an hour or spend a whole day here. Be aware that they will charge an automatic 20% gratuity to the price of every treatment they offer.
