The Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort Water Park is one of many hotels at Kingston Plantation. Guests here will have use of the Splash! Water Park and their 50,000 square feet of water fun park offering water drenching fun. All in all you will find at least 15 pools at Kingston Plantation. Although the water park is located at the Embassy on the Kingston property, staying at the Hilton Myrtle Beach Kingston Plantation will give you access to 2 kiddie pools, lazy river and water slides. Your kids won’t want to leave this place although they will get water logged after getting soaked every 2.5 minutes with the 500 gallon bucket that dumps water from above. Not only that but right there at the Hilton property you have a beautiful and nice size pool with plenty of lounge chairs. This property also has an indoor pool.
Accommodations at the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort
This particular resort is located on the North end of Myrtle Beach not too far away from Tanger Outlet Mall. The popular oceanfront restaurant Cafe Amalfi is housed here as well as Beachcombers Restaurant which is poolside. If you are just wanting to cool off with some cold beverages while enjoying the pool, try The Veranda Bar or the Wet Whistle Bar (seasonal). If you are a spa lover you will find the Royale Day Spa here to sooth away your cares with massages and nail treatments. I guess what I love about the on property pool at the Kingston Plantation Hilton Resort is that there is poolside entertainment (only available during peak season). I think it’s a fun touch. The rooms here are either oceanfront or oceanview and they typical hotel rooms which can only accommodate up to 4 guests. The One Bedroom Suites are great for privacy and offer a king bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area. There are also standard type hotel rooms that come with either 1 king bed or 2 double beds. The downfall of the bedding options for 2 beds is that they are only double size which is a little smaller than queen bedding. The cool thing about staying inside of Kingston Plantation is that there are walking and biking trails which make it nice for those nature lovers. Another plus is that it’s a gated community. There is a lot to do at the Hilton Myrtle Beach Water Park Resort especially being right there near the Embassy Suites where the beachfront Splash! Water Park is located.

Pros:
Many of the guests like the fact that the Myrtle Beach Hilton Resort is on the North side away from some of the busy sections on the beach. The Rooms are nice and comfortable. If you get a room with 2 beds, know that they are Double Beds not Queens (Doubles are a little smaller than Queens and can be a little tight for 2 people). The Upper Floors are a little quieter. The Hilton Staff are very accommodating and having access to multiple pools and a kids water park makes for a great family vacation.

The Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort Kingston Plantation is not as close to the Water Park as the condo units on the plantation but there are walkways to get there as well as a complimentary shuttle service the resort provides that make it super convenient. Tips when reserving your stay: If you do not book through Hilton Direct or Kingston Plantation direct you WILL NOT have access to the water park so if you are booking online make sure you are on hilton.com or kingstonplantation.com. If you do not like rooms that you have to enter from directly outside you will want to request an interior corridor access upon reserving. Ask for a room on the right side of the hotel to bypass the ugly roof and the loud a/c unit. The rooms facing the atrium can be noisy. Plan ahead and bring extra cash because you will need it for the cabanas, beach umbrellas and chairs (around $30 or $50 for 2 days, although subject to change).
Did you know that when booking via Hilton or Kingston Plantation you have have access to more than just Splash! Water Park and Embassy Suites pools, bars and restaurants? At the Myrtle Beach Myrtle Beach Hilton Resort and Waterpark your kids can take part of many activities during the summer such seasonal/hourly tye dye, arts/crafts, races in the pool, beach soccer and a variety of games. There will be a small charge for supplies, though. The entire family could even get involved in a scavenger hung or better yet build a sand castle together and compete against others. There are so many fun things to take part in when staying at inside the Kingston Plantation. Regardless there is something for everyone.
Don’t forget that Resort Services at The Hilton at Kingston Plantation can set you up with bike rentals. They are available at the 50,0000 square foot Sport and Health Club located on the Plantation. The concierge service can also help with dinner reservations, show tickets and/or babysitters. The babysitters, however, do not have anything to do with Kingston Plantation or the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort, though. Be aware of that and use at your own discretion. Back to the spa: The spa is really nice. They have an indoor pool there. You can take an aerobics class or play racquetball on one of the 3 courts. It’s truly one of the best spas I’ve seen within a resort area.
