If you don’t know already, the 145 acre Condos at Kingston Plantation Myrtle Beach and Water Park houses the Splash! Water Park known for their 50,000 square feet of water park haven offering tons of fun in the sun. Between Kingston Plantation and Kingston’s newest resort in the plantation, Kingston Shores, you will find more than 15 pools alone! Between that and the water park with 2 kiddie pools, lazy river and water slides you won’t be able to get away from all the water. Your kids will get drenched every 2.5 minutes with the 500 gallon bucket that dumps water from above. Aside from Splash! Water Park, guests will have access to the center of where all the activities are at Kingston and that’s the Embassy Suites. They call it the “anchor” of the condos because there you will find many other pools to access as well as bars and even a venue for live bands. The Condos at Kingston Plantation in Myrtle Beach SC numerous and consist of four oceanfront high rise towers (1, 2 and 3 bedroom) with some oceanfront and oceanview accommodations of the beautiful coastline of the Atlantic. The water park is seasonal (spring through labor day). Just a quick heads up about the condos: If you do not book through Hilton Direct or Kingston Plantation direct you WILL NOT have access to the water park so if you are booking online make sure you are on hilton.com or kingstonplantation.com.

Kingston Plantation Condos Accommodations

Most are privately owned and the decor will vary. Do your research because if you are stickler about updated decor (like me), this will be crucial to the enjoyment of your stay. Most have washers/dryers and kitchens (the 1 bedrooms at the Brighton Towers do not). The Brighton Tower offers 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condominiums with private balconies (some with oceanfront/oceanviews and some without any water view). The Brighton pool and hot tub is located on the south side of the tower. The Margate Tower is the more luxurious tower with 2 to 4 bedroom condos boasting 9 foot ceilings. The kitchens in these condos tend to be more updated. The bi-level pool outside of this tower is toward the beach and connected by a waterfall. You will also find a nearby hot tub. The North Hampton Tower has 2 and 3 bedroom condos with a full kitchen. The 2 Bedrooms are oceanfront and the 3 bedrooms are oceanview. Enjoy 2 story townhome living on floors 1 to 4 and 17 to 18. There is an indoor pool and hot tub just off the lobby of the North Hampton Tower. On the ocean outside of this tower you find a pool as well. The North Hampton tower is also most convenient to the pools at the Embassy Suites. The guests here will also have use of the pools located at the new Kingston Shores (on the north side of the property. There is a nice board walk between the 2 buildings located right in front of the North Hampton Tower. The South Hampton Tower is right next to the Embassy Suites and has a walkway that connects to the Embassy which is very convenient because you will have easy access to the bars, restaurants and pools that the embassy offers. The 1 bedroom condos here are similar to a hotel room. The 2 and 3 bedrooms are oceanview and have full kitchens. Washers and dryers are only available in the 2 and 3 bedrooms. The 2 oceanfront pools here are located on the south side of the tower and the north side. There is a lot to do at the Kingston Plantation Condos and Water Park in Myrtle Beach SC especially being right there next to the Embassy Suites where you find tons of other thing you can access.

Before reserving at the Kingston Plantation Condos Myrtle Beach SC location be aware that this resort is on the North end of Myrtle Beach. Also be aware (I can’t stress enough) that these are individually owned condos. Upon check in it helps to request to see the room before accepting because the decor in 1 condo’s furniture/carpet can be old, outdated and dirty and another one right next to it would be clean with new furniture. It will help you to know that the Margate and Brighton towers are “newer” however if you reserve a condo in one of those you’ll want to book an oceanview/oceanfront room otherwise some of the condos look out on a trailer park. One of the best things that we like about the plantation community is that it is gated. As always higher floors give better views. Remember that the pro’s of staying at one of these towers give you access to fun amenities at Embassy Suites but make note that it will not include the free breakfast and manager’s reception there, unfortunately.

Did you know that you have have access to more than just Splash! Water Park and Embassy Suites pools, bars and restaurants? At the Myrtle Beach Kingston Plantation Condos and Water Park your kids can take part of many activities during the summer such seasonal/hourly arts/crafts, tye dye, races in the pool, games and beach soccer. There will be a small charge for supplies, though. The wacky pool relays are pretty fun. You can also get the entire family involved and do the scavenger hunt or compete in the sand castle contest. For other competitive games the Beach Olympics are a lot of fun as well. There are so many fun things to take part in. Regardless there is something for everyone.

Lastly (and super important), the Kingston Plantation Condos Myrtle Beach SC charges a resort fee of $8.99 per day, per unit.It will provide you with shuttle service around the resort as well as within a 2 mile radius from the resort. You can enjoy tennis but ONLY for 1 hour per day and reservations are required. In regards to Splash! Water Park: If you do not reserve via a Hilton Worldwide managed unit, you will not have access to the water park.
