Oceanfront or Oceanview Villa, that is the real question
Normally you have a number of different room options to choose from when you are staying at a resort but if you decide to stay in one of the Marriott Myrtle Beach Ocean Watch Villas, you have great space but not a varying selection. This is really not a bad thing when you think about it. If you are staying in a standard hotel, think about just the size of the room that you get for a moment. Most of them are anywhere from 240 to 360 Square Feet in size and everything is pretty much packed into a single space. That is not what you will find with the Villas at Marriott’s Ocean Watch. Think about having your vacation or just some romantic time away in your very own sprawling 2 Bedroom Villa with over 1,000 Square Feet of living space. I don’t know about you but just seeing the size difference makes me feel less claustrophobic.
Rooms with a View
There are still decisions to be made even though the room sizes and configurations are pretty much the same across the board. Yes, I know, you thought that this was going to be very easy, just place your reservation and you are done. Well, it is close to being that easy but there are a couple of things you should know. The main one being that if you are looking for the best view, you will pay a little more but hey, you are at the beach and if you are going to stay at an Ocean front property, you might as well splurge for the Grandest view, right?
Villa Layout and Amenities
Each Villa has 2 Full Bedrooms, the Master has a single King Size Bed, comfortable chair and Flat Screen Television. The Master Bathroom is fully equipped with a double granite top sink, large soaking tub and a separate standing shower. The second bedroom has 2 Queen beds with a Flat Screen TV. The Second Bathroom is a full bath with single granite top sink and a combination Tub and Shower. For relaxing at night, a Living Room with large Sleeper Sofa and a couple of comfortable chairs has plenty of room for the entire family to sit around and plan their next day adventures. Since these are Villas, each one comes with a full size Kitchen with all of the Pots, Pans, dishes and glasses you will need to prepare food and eat in if you would like.
